This company is an OK starting point for any teaching experience.
The good things1. Helping tutees succeed in their short-term goals is somehow fulfilling. 2. Meeting cute kids and teaching them how to write and read are such a treat! 3. It's nice to be surrounded by a few supportive colleagues.
The challenges1. Feeling unappreciated by superior colleagues despite being all-out in tutoring 7-9 tutees simultaneously was very discouraging. 2. Having no room for growth opportunities made me stagnant. 3. Experiencing uncalled-for situations within the company just because of ridiculous politics and biased decision-making made me dread working with the company again.

    A Job with Work-Life Balance
The good things1. After your shift, you don't get to take home paper works. 2. When you don't have students, you just study what you will teach. 3.They value their employees like family. 4. They give opportunities for teachers to make projects. 5. They offer staff house for teachers for free. 6. The company outings and seminars.
The challenges1. No statutory benefits if you are a part-timer. 2. No health cards, just hospitalization budget for each employee. 3. No incentives for projects. 4. Biased admin staffs. 5. No enough career growth.
