The challengesSince the first time, I work here. I got to learn to adjust to their culture and build a good relationship with them. And for me the most challenging, at first I don't know how to befriend and understand and doubting my self that they may not understand me because we have different nationalities but then when I get to used it we're feeling like a family and knew each other. Also, there were not building competition here we are building a relationship an helping each other and to our boss, he is so easy to reach when we need to know or ask about something. That's all!
