    Great Working Experience but no work life balance.
    The good thingsYou will learn a lot of things because you will be all around, from survey to imple to delivery to purchasing materials, to permitting.
    The challengesNO WORK LIFE BALANCE. VERY STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT. NO BENEFITS. LOW SALARY Poor management. You will handle very many project. And you need to render work more than 8 hrs and weekends depending on the project.

    Working here is a waste of time.
    The good thingsYou can learn a lot. Great experience.
    The challengesManagement think that your a robot. No holidays and weekend. And no OT pay just meal allowance. Other engineers render 1 week straight. NO regularization, and contract is consultant contract only, no benefits. And if you resign its very hard to get cleared.

    The Consistel Phil. Inc. is one of the contractors of IBS and they are very good in managing employees especially catering their concerns.
    The good thingsWork Experience and Office Atmosphere. The HR is very accommodating and also the Finance Department.
    The challengesEvery Project that came to me is very challenging. Yet once I encountered some of it, I know how to manage it and do the procedure properly.

    I've learned a lot of things and communicate with people of different backgrounds with litte time of internship.
    The good thingsI got to do site surveys and solve for the numbers and places of the antennas.
    The challengesMaybe because of being an intern, there are times that there is not much things to do and my only job is to arrange some paper works.
