Everyday is a challenge. I learned new ideas everyday.
The good thingsMy colleagues are friendly, especially our executive chef is very supportive and understanding.
The challengesYou have to adjust because of the schedule of duty, if you are schedules to be off on that day but it is busy they cancelled your off. The vacation leave, they are in control on what date you want to leave.

The front desk attendant needs to smile throughout their entire shift, anticipate the needs of guests as they approach the desk and solve all issues with a calm, understanding demeanor. As the face of the property, every move counts.
The good thingsMake a memorable experience by welcoming guests in Movenpick. It is vital to have the right person in this role. The employee needs to be even-tempered and they must possess plenty of experience dealing with guests. It may be a cause for concern if you are receiving negative reviews concerning your front desk, or multiple complaints of feeling “unwelcome.” Finding the right front desk staff for your property may take time, but it makes all the difference.By giving training to the individual about the front office skills, the hotel only can generate or increase their revenue.
The challengesThe experience can be positive or negative, and it all starts with how they are greeted. The guest experience is a key point of your hotel’s atmosphere and reputation. If you are in an exotic location with unique traditions, use that to your benefit.

    The working environment was great.
The good thingsThe kitchen staff was friendly and very accommodating. They help each other to have a positive outcome. They have a family environment. Any person working on that station will never feel any hard pressures. The expats are also great. They prompt you nicely and teaches you the right way or right procedures.
The challengesThe think that gives me the headache was some of their service crews. Every time they have any fouls on the guests they always blame on the kitchen. They always wanna show off without thinking the outcome of their actions

    Great Working Experience
The good thingsit has been like a roller coaster ride working with such wonderful company. with great benefits and you get paid as what you expected or even more than the minimum pay. its more fun working in an environment with trust and camaraderie and this company has been a great and precious jewel in my port folio.
The challengesthe only challenge i face here is that the management has a high expectation from you which so you have to be more extra careful. thats why i take it as a challenged to do even more better in providing high quality of service that exceeds guest expectations. and it has become my one main reason why i stayed longer in this company because of the chances they had given me to grow as a person and in my profession.

All in all it was great being a part of this company
The good thingsGood company ( both employer/employee), learning new things, and great experience in total. The place is big, complete with outlets, fun area just like in a wonderland.. The learning experience is amazing, can add to my profile.
The challengesWell, working in this great company, needed great results, it is not always a walk in the park, sometimes there would be challenges like, brown out, overbooking, some staff are on leave and others are sick on a ceiling high occupancy.
