The good thingsThe company provides opportunities for improvements professionally. They also recognize efforts, age of tenure, career advancement and up to date information to be at par with modernization and Manila counterparts. Spiritual well being is also being promoted. Holistic approach is being given to patient care.
The challengesDuring my time, their is limited manpower especially with Nursing Service, Nurses tend to be overworked and this create tension within the unit. Just like anywhere else, Nurses feels overworked yet underpaid.

    Compensated work experience
The good thingsJust the experience working there, knowledge in my field of work.
The challengesDecisions made by the head are most of the times bias. When you get regular effectivity of your benefits are delayed meaning you need to count 6months after then you are able to use and have your benefits. You need to be patient every time you are going to work.
