Working in Mworld Trading is very much challenging and I'm proud that I've been part of the company's growth since 2014 when I started.
The good thingsI became not just a better employee but also a better person. I developed lots of skills and knowledge, meet new people and friends.
The challengesMaybe the company can improve by conducting more workshops for the employees, and I also suggest a team building where staff can also enjoy for awhile at the same time builds good relationship with the team. Taking time to talk with the employees is also helpful in a way that the management will also know the present situation of their employees.

    Intern
    May 2017
It was a great place to work at.
The good thingsThe best thing in this company was its employees. The environment was great and the company itself promoted teamwork and creativity inside the office. The more creative you were, the more tasks were assigned to you, that will help you learn more about yourself and your capabilities. And since the office is a bit small, you get to learn a lot more from the other departments you are working with, which help you acquire more skills.
The challengesThe challenges I had working as an intern was that they did not trust me or train me directly enough so that I would be able to take on some responsibility, and learn for the future. They also gave me tasks that I was not given any training on, such as Photoshop, but that challenge proved to be a fruitful one in the end because I realized that a lot of companies right now want multi-faceted individuals that can contribute different skills to them.
