It was a great place to work at.The good thingsThe best thing in this company was its employees. The environment was great and the company itself promoted teamwork and creativity inside the office. The more creative you were, the more tasks were assigned to you, that will help you learn more about yourself and your capabilities. And since the office is a bit small, you get to learn a lot more from the other departments you are working with, which help you acquire more skills.
The challengesThe challenges I had working as an intern was that they did not trust me or train me directly enough so that I would be able to take on some responsibility, and learn for the future. They also gave me tasks that I was not given any training on, such as Photoshop, but that challenge proved to be a fruitful one in the end because I realized that a lot of companies right now want multi-faceted individuals that can contribute different skills to them.
