    I had a meaningful experience, one area that the company may need to revisit is its overall EVP.
    The good thingsHaving a great working relationship with Colleagues and operation people RMs, AMs, CH,BCH and to all the people in the grapevine .
    The challengesReview the current salary structure. The compensation is no longer competitive and not commensurate to the assigned task.

    I work for almost 5 years in this company, sales industry, store of 4 Japan leading motorcycles, handling 3 branch needed, assisting customers, selling motorcycles, hit the said target quota, achieve to all customer satisfaction, digital marketing and field challenges. Parts and service is also added.

    The challengesThere were many challenges, the management wasn't listening to the concerns of people below them. The attrition rate and culture are not good, especially with break time. Low pay and the opportunities aren't equal.

    The good thingsWorking here is very challenging yet very fulfilling to the point the you never knew that you will overcome situations that are very difficult to handle and will help you to know your purpose. You will learn about the different skills, knowledge and character of your colleagues or employees and will help you to become more flexible at the same time responsible. Lastly, learning is continuous everyday.
    The challengesAs a trainer, I want to target all employees and cater them all in a short period of time but given the number of employees and unexpected circumstances there must be a limit of number of pax upon inviting them to control the quality of training and the learnings that the employees may get.

    The good thingsthe good things working on motortrade is you can be mold into a great salesman. as for my experience here. my previous company help me a lot to what i have gained. this is where i have honed my skills in marketing.
    The challengesone of the things that the only needs to improved was the issues on salary. i don't have problem with the salary i have received from them. it just the time when they just deduct you for being absent or late even though you actually present on the day they deduct you
