    The good thingsYearly salary increase depending on performance. Sometimes the management may decide to give a bonus also depending on the individual and company performance. Their head office is conveniently located near Tomas Morato where you can eat out during lunch.
    The challengesThe management tends to recruit people from their Alma Mater. So one has to really strive harder to get promoted to a higher post if he/she is not a graduate from their preferred universities. Sometimes existing employees get demoralized of the management practice of hiring people outside without even bothering to look for people who are qualified for the higher position.
