    Think politics is only within the government?
    The good thingsSalary, benefits, free jeep commute(They do contracts with local jeepney drivers/operators and act like shuttles).
    The challengesIf you're hoping to get into this company based on merit, experience, or actual skill — think again. Moog operates more like a private club than a tech-driven organization. It’s not about what you know; it’s about who you know. Internal referrals and preselected candidates dominate the hiring pipeline. External applicants, no matter how qualified, are just part of the numbers game. Promotions and hiring here seem driven more by politics than potential. If you’re not already in their inner circle, you’re unlikely to be truly considered. For a company that claims to value innovation and technical expertise, they’re surprisingly slow to recognize it — unless it comes with the right connections. Anyone who really is from Baguio City knows this.
