    The good thingsMontPac is a company that truly cares about the welfare of its employees. The compensation, continuous training, and the environment make working at MontPac a good experience. The people are very professional but can also be fun outside of work.
    The challengesThe nature of work at MontPac is clerical since it is an accounting firm, so people who are not into working at the office and stare all day at their computer monitors will less likely enjoy working at MontPac. But all in all, working at MontPac is a real treat and pleasure!

    The best experience you can get in the field of accounting and finance
    The good thingsHandling multiple clients allows you to appreciate and practice your accounting profession and be very good at it. You do not only improve your accounting skills and learn accounting best practices, you also get to experience different industries, be good at client service and handling difficult clients. The management listens to employee suggestions and is continuously improving in all aspects.
    The challengesThe company is not perfect. Work can be stressful which is given in any BPO especially when you handle multiple clients. Management decisions may not be appealing at times but the good thing is they're open to employee suggestions and implement those that make sense.
