    The good thingsCommendation for the alignment of quality guarantee program system under the Marketing Department. I was offered a better compensation.
    The challengesThe person I was working with was not as accommodating and the support system is not as great. Some co-workers are not supportive in terms of work.

    The good thingsMonsanto's systems and processes from on-boarding to people development are so well-organized. It's template on how to run things, how to manage people are excellent if only management would only fully implement them.
    The challengesProduct is seed which has a fast shelf-life and quality issues arise which should be address immediately. Supply chain and quality assurance should be in sync and we have to constantly monitor them. As it is in the agri sector, the market is very much subject to the vagaries of the weather and so sales are unpredictable.
