    Probably the not the best.
    The good thingsThe good things is it does have challenges that you can do.
    The challengesThe management is not an employee-safe company. They are just protecting their sales. The morale of the employees are down because they are just focusing on sales rather than encouraging the people to do their best.

    The good thingsDuring my phone interview with Ms. Joan, her considerate nature stood out. She assured me that if I didn't succeed in the current position, she would leverage her network to refer me for other suitable roles. Her willingness to support fresh graduates like myself was truly commendable and made the interview experience more reassuring.

If you applied for a position that cannot accommodate your expected salary or alike, they will disclose this information immediately. There is NO false hope of a statement "we will submit it to company A for example" which is excellent this time of pandemic. So everyone could move on right away and look for another opportunity.
