    Average working experience
The good thingsAllows a flexible working schedule. Provides food allowance per day.
The challengesThere is somewhat less concern and care for employees in the lower positions. Most of the staff are overworked. There seems to be a culture of laziness that is encouraged by some managers especially if the junior staff is someone close to them.

Working here gives you to enhance all of your skills because you will be doing multi task with pressure from your boss at the same time.
The good thingsThe benefits and yearly events
The challengesThere are a lot of challenges within the company and one of those is to be able to control and manage your time with respect to the task given to you. From there, you would learn how to become resourceful because not all the necessary materials that you need are not available.

    Only good for fresh graduates
The good thingsWork and life balance. Average salary for fresh graduate
The challengesNo salary increase. No performance evaluation. So many works to do, too high expectation from the bosses. Only few supervisors are good to work with. Most of the time they are thinking too high of themselves when speaking with thecadet engineers. No allowances or perks. No opportunity for career growth. Most especially, No regularization.

A very toxic working place and people to deal with
The good thingsWell compensated pay with benefits like HMO, SSS and PAGIBIG. Yearly activities like Octoberfest and Christmas Party (with bonus).
The challengesThey don't know how to keep their employees especially those who were assigned in the job site. During my stay, you have to deal almost everyday the toxicity of your work mates, especially the boss. Long working hours and daily meeting, which would take 5 hours sacrificing lunch not to mention another meeting at evening.

the company gives you the chance to enhance, improve and/or to simply know where you can grow in your respective departments/projects, but the salary versus work loads/hours is not complementary.
The good thingsself-growth and self-improvement, enhanced autocad skills and reviewing/comprehending structural and architectural plans.
The challengestoxic working environment due to incompetent managers and coworkers

A chellenging one, expect to learn much about actual construction works
The good thingsI have learned so much, things that add up to my experience. I highly appreciate the boss' way of teaching and persuading his employees. I like the bond and the fun shared with the co-workers. I can say that working in this company is really great when you need experience in construction and a little negative side is that the pressure and stress that when you don't know how to manage and handle probably you will give up easily.
The challengesThe challenges are the works or task that might be given to you. Expect changes of system at site. Ready yourself to any type of construction problems. Encounter day by day challenges that you need to keep yourself strong.
