It's a great workplace for a company if you strive for career growth.
The good thingsThe good things I've experienced was the people in the organization are diverse in terms of demographics. They embrace growth and development for their every employee.
The challengesThe only challenges I encountered is with the higher-ups / management from the HQ.

Great Culture and plenty of room to grow
The good thingsThe company has some really great values that they continuously advocate with the employees and its clients. These support the main vision of the company which is to help Filipinos have healthier financial lives. The company also has a great working culture, making it easier to collaborate and grow with each other's experiences and field of expertise.
The challengesSome processes are still not well structured or some are lacking with implementation and general overseeing. The entire company is a bit competitive but it plateaus at a point, so there is a definite need for the management to invest on Employee training and retention.
