    Bureaucracy hinders work
The good thingsNon-cash benefits such as goodies especially during the holidays.
The challengesThe culture of the company is heavily concentrated on bureaucracy. People who are already at managers position could not even provide decisions immediately though they are already given that responsibility and instead defers them to the most senior management. Politics is also prevalent from within the system. You have to have the strong will to thrive in the environment where politics is rampant. Minimum opportunities for career progression as job stability is not secured. Too much re-organization and redundancies within an average of two years.

    Best Place to Work
The good thingsThis the best company so far. You can feel that the company really cares and appreciate their employee. Even if the shared services is starting by that time, the processes are already established. The managers are very good and really have the know-how on what they are doing. i learned a lot. People are also great

Strict implementation of rules and regulation
    The good thingsWorkload is manageable.
The challengesThe challenge for this company is that the company has strict rules and regulation in terms of break, working hours and stuff like that. They are not solely focus on the result. Salary is far different if you are at the bottom as compared to the management role however the workload is not equal to the amount that the employees are receiving.

Great Place To Work with Pleasant Colleagues
The good thingsThey have a systematic way of doing things. Each action is very well-thought off. You will learn a lot of things and even the smallest detail of almost everything. It may not work for people who likes to keep things simple but this will surely help you grow as a person and as a professional. People are very pleasant to work with. Everyone is willing to help everybody in anyway they can. Working here is like working with family. Very family oriented and gives their full support to employees' career goals.
The challengesSome process may seem to be a little complicated but i sure pays off at the end of it all. Some might need to extend a little bit on the working hours as needed.

The good thingsTeleworking/Work from home Good salary
The challengesInconsistent in benefits administration Office is a call center set-up as well as the feel Inconsistent use of HR tools and measurements Lack of professionalism and maturity among the Leadership Team Programs are glitters, they come and become purposive whenever important visitors come They spot talents and high potentials and depend on them for all projects to fail without proper coaching and mentoring.

    The best at MBSC.
The good thingsEmployer gives balance on engagement and work. Work-wise, I have learned a lot- both through enrichment and hardship. There are moments when I had to go out of my comfort zone and feel uncertain on being successful, though at the end it would conquer it and see that I got out of my nutshell. Company acknowledges the colleague's edge and aids the weakness/areas for development. Overall, I am satisfied.
The challengesCompany is just starting so there are so many things we can improve on and many things we can further enrich including documentation, quality of engagement programs, and also onboarding projects for new hires.

The good thingsGreat Allowances, Continuous Growth in career, Very Nice Location, Good and Kind Colleagues, Wonderfully created culture, Awesome Manifesto, Objectives, Mission, values and goals created by the company for the benefits of its employees, for the company growth and competitiveness in the world market and in the industry where it belongs. Mondelez International is really a great place to work.
The challengesGrowth is awesome.. but it creates changes. Changes in process and other related changes, for the sake of growth is very challenging at first. but when coped up, and has been passed through, challenge is very sweet and it has really brought you to a higher and greater level of success and achievements.

The good thingsMondelez has very good values, taking good care & doing its best for its stakeholders, consumers, customers, & employees as well. I’ve gained a lot of good learnings & experience both professionally & personally from the company & my colleagues. We have a good culture & family-like relationship but we still maintain competitiveness among ourselves and continuous learning to achieve co. goals.
The challenges1. There were not enough growth opportunities. 2. Career development was limited to certain positions. 3. Corporate restructuring changed my role within the company. 4. Too limited budget for a lot of programs the company wants to implement.

    A roller coaster ride!
The good thingsThe sense of family one feels when in the company. There is camaraderie, and the employees sure know how to have fun despite the pressures. Training for the development of employees is given importance.
The challengesWith the recent restructure of the company (and the mandate to achieve productivity and savings for the shareholders), employee morale has somewhat gone down. There is pressure to achieve results and objectives, but with limited resources and budget to do so.
