    The challengesAttrition poses a significant challenge for the company, as our employees are highly marketable abroad. Nevertheless, the company is actively exploring various strategies to implement effective retention programs.

    Working with Monark was very good.
    The good things1. The company core values were all very well though of and applied. 2. Trainings and continues improvement. 3. Familial atmosphere. 4. Speaking up your mind for new ideas were encouraged. 5. Company owners were kind and makatao or always thinking about the welfare of its employees.
    The challengesI really cant think of anything that I dislike about Monark.
