The good thingsI love what I'm doing and I've learned a lot of new experiences and knowledge here. My employer is approachable even with my personal problems. They make me feel that I'm very much needed here and they're always there to guide and support me and correct me in my mistakes.
The challengesThe challenge is that I don't have any knowledge or background in engineering and construction but still they gave me chances to prove that I can do better even without the knowledge in that certain field.
