    Enjoying to work with all the employees.
    The good thingsEnjoying to work with all the employees and the pressure on it. The people in every department are very nice and caring they thought me everything while I dont have supervisors they are my teachers and guardians. I miss the moments with the people who I work with, they help me and protect me like Iam their daughter, sister, niece and cousin.the people on the production are very caring and nice so please be nice to them. Don't put your power on them because you have a higher position, care people who give your life better. Because their work hard for you to be rich and have a good life, without the people at the bottom you are nothing.
    The challengesPressure in work can make you stronger and be more knowledgable about everything. The more expirience and pressure you'll take the more stronger you are. Not only in this company, because all companies have this pressure. Just absorb it and enjoy the pressure. It will stress you but soon you'll notice the good things on it. This are the bad but also good things in companies just be positive on it. Just handle it with the positive thoughts.

    Everyday's a Challenge
    The good thingsI enjoy working with my co-workers, cause even though it seems as working here is a struggle everyday..we still manage to smile and laugh at the end of the day.
    The challengesEveryday is a challenge, because of frequent reshuffle of job assignments, the continuity and efficiency at work is hard to achieve.

    The good thingsOur boss is very generous in terms of lunch and snacks. Celebrate birthdays of employees c/o company fund.
    The challengesSometimes, the Finance department has insufficient fund to pay for short term liabilities.
