    Overall, my growth here has been significant, and I am eager to continue that trajectory.
    The good thingsI’ve learned so much during my time with the team. While my roots are in design, this role has allowed me to truly hone my technical skills and build confidence in client presentations. Working here has also given me a unique opportunity to learn the business and sales side of the interior and architecture industry, especially regarding our high-end products.
    The challengesOne of my primary challenges was transitioning from a purely design-focused role to understanding the intricate business and sales side of the industry. However, navigating these diverse client personalities has been invaluable; it strengthened my adaptability.

    Bad karma, company downsized from Makati. Company earns millions but doesnt go to employee as employees are changeable. Turnover rate of employees is less than a year. No benefits even after regularization. More cost cutting.
    The good thingsYou have a job. Furniture looks nice but youre just part of gallery.
    The challengesEverything is fake. From coworkers who desperately need jobs, very low salary cause they want to hire newbies because so many cost cutting, work culture is toxic, location is ugly just like the management.

    Not for long term experience. They’re not good how to handle their employee. They always think about the money but they will not care about you.
    The good thingsMeeting a new-found friends, because that's the only good things will happened to you working here.
    The challengesIf they know your faster finishing the task given to you, they will give you more project than the usual employee should do. In short you’re a favorite designer beacuse you’re doing a good job. And when they’re giving an option to one project it’s not makatarungan! They always think that the more options, more chances of closing the project. OT for you commission for them 😔
