    Disrespectful to Employee's time
    The good thingsThey provide training to employees with potential. Trainings held by Italian Suppliers.
    The challengesLacks manpower. Works on weekends and sometimes Sundays (once or twice a month especially if there are events). Rush environment (not healthy for a creative).

    Good work environment
    The good thingsBosses are really active and hands-on. They are innovative thinkers. The office is nice and clean. Employees work harmoniously. Of course misunderstanding at times could not be avoided but teams work together to fix it immediately.
    The challengesFast-paced environment but is a good challenge for applicants who are up for learning and enhancing their skills.
