    Recommended for fresh graduates who is seeking to work in a Japanese Construction Firm. But not for aiming a higher income.
    The good thingsThere are bonuses like mid yr and xmas bonus. They also have company events like team building, company anniversary, xmas party.
    The challengesVery low compensation and No Overtime!! Also if you are assigned in project site, you need to work on weekends and that is part of your regular salary and not Overtime.

    The good thingsthey will teach how to confront people in a proper way, and they will teach you a lot special in your work. I`m greatfull that I`ve work here because i learn how to become HR Staff and Accounting Staff ahehe :) I`m happy working here, this is my second family.
