    great company for IT graduates The company provides a great environment for fresh graduates, offering ample opportunities to learn and develop skills. The management style is relatively strict, but this is understandable considering that the company is still in its early stages (only 5 years old). Despite this, the management is supportive and trusts employees with additional responsibilities, providing room for growth and career advancement. In terms of salary, it's competitive given that the company is in the IT industry and is located in Rizal. The benefits package is decent, though there is still room for improvement in terms of enhancements. Overall, it's a solid company for those looking to grow in their career, with opportunities for both learning and advancement.

    The good thingsI get to try a lot of things, the management is so approachable and understanding and also great colleagues, they are genuinely good people and also very helpful.
