    Topsy turvy experience
    The good thingsThey accept fresh grad / no background for the job. Some are easy to work with especially processors.
    The challengesThey are so strict when it comes to leave/absences. Too much stress for the work they will not also compensate the overtime.

    The good thingsCompany benefits from the loyalty of its employees as it reflects on how they treat their people nicely. This company is really promising for its capability to grow bigger.
    The challengesEnvironment in the company is quite thrilling since the owner have a strong personality. However, little did enployees know, she's a mother to everyone inside the company.

    It is very motivating to work there.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working because me and my work mates had a great team.
    The challengesI do not have difficulty to work as a server and at the same time a cashier. Because i believe that there is no easy job you just have determination to yourself to finish your work smoothly.

    The good thingsThe good thing is that your fellow employees help you develop your hidden capabilities and skills. They encouraged you to do better. Plus your bosses motivates you to give your 100% best to deliver quality work. All in all the environment and employees are nice to work with.

    It's great. I have learned a lot from being a volunteer to Reliever and to Casual nurse.
    The good thingsI have learned a lot of new things. There are many procedures here that sometimes new to my job description that is also part in quality improvement standards. I have also learned different types of machines that is used for the health outcome of the patient.
    The challengesAdjustment is one of my challenges while recently working here. But fortunately, i was able to cope up. Cooperation and teamwork, and time management, are also big challenge for me every shift on How you do it well, and how you get along with your team, and how to manage time to work.
