    Long hours of work. Overtime is mandatory. But lot of bonuses after 1 1/2 year in the company

    VERY STRESSFUL.
    The good thingsMajority of colleagues are same age group as mine.
    The challengesPoor management. Salary is WAY too low for the amount of work assigned. Some managers are very unprofessional, lots of office drama and shouting from my boss when issues arise. Lots of papers to be filed MANUALLY, management is not willing to accept suggestion from staff even if if will greatly benefit the team and improve the overall process. Blaming people from other departments are normal here LOL

    Good training ground
    The good thingsThe benefits are good, but you have to stay for a year for you to avail these. The working hours depends on the target. It is a good training ground because the work is dynamic, you will learn how to manage certain situations while using your technical skills. The culture is also good, people are nice and friendly. The workplace is clean.
    The challengesThe work itself is physically tiring and draining. Little opportunities for career dev.

    Holistic experience, this is a place where you would be able to learn a lot. No time is wasted; all working hours is used productively.
    The good thingsThe company believes in that quality is a shared responsibility. The people who work here are very dedicated. It is a good place to start working in, and a good place to catch up in if your previous employer doesn't provide much experience.
    The challengesIt demands a great deal of dedication as well as skill. Not a place for people who gives half-hearted efforts or do not have the thirst for learning. The working environment will pressure you to strive harder and be better than how you are when you first entered. Even small matters are taken very, very seriously.

    The most stressful and demanding job i've ever had!
    The good thingsOwner and Gen Manager are very kind
    The challengesVery stressful environment especially in Finance and Admin. You will be forced in rendering OT even on holidays or Saturdays. You will lost your social life here because most of the employees here have no more time for their self and their family. All you have to do is work work work! Very terrible working experience I had with this company

    Great opportunities awaits!
    The good thingsMy colleagues are great to be with and I seldom feel any pressures on doing my job. My Boss are aren't that strict. Whenever I bump with my other office mates they are always smiling. Lastly, there are so many opportunities that awaits for every employee depending on the performance. I would really recommend a friend to join this company.
    The challengesI often meet any challenges in doing my job, maybe that little you-have-to-meet-the-deadline thingy, I have to work as fast as I can to finished my pending jobs within the day, the overtime that I have to spend just to finished my remaining pending files to be filed, other than that I often feel any stress or pressures in doing my job.
