The good thingsI had an insightful experience as an intern in MHPS Philippines Inc. I have been taught alot of the newest HR trends which is expected from the great group of people I have been working with. Not only do they give us the opportunity to discover our knack for recruiting and employment, they generate a healthy work environment with proper criticism and a space to adapt and improve our work etiquette. It is a great place for interns who seek to grasp the real atmosphere of collaborative workplace.
The challengesI only suggest the replacement of some things in the workplace premises such as malfunctioning chairs and the cable management. It will be a great help for the employees to gain more storage to decrease clutter.

Work/life balance, vacation leave, and medical benefits are great, but the salary is smaller compared to others.
The good things40 days worth of vacation leave every year is given to regular employees. Many female (married) employees stay because of great benefits.
The challengesThe salary is quite low compared to competitors. If you are lucky, you can be sent to Japan or other offices/site for training.
