    The challengesAs a chef,I THINK THE UNEXPECTED PROBLEMS THAT ARISE ARE SIMULTANEOUSLY THE BEST AND WORST PART OF THE JOB. There’s this perpetual feeling that something may happen.     The good thingsWorking in New Zealand is another phase of experience to remember. A peaceful place to live and work. Meeting new people across the globe and enjoying the winter time during December. Sharing my expertise to the construction firm, being calibrated carpenter I want to help in building na nation.     The good thingsI enjoy to work here no.1 i willing to help my employer, the way that i know to work about my skill. No.2 high salary and this is the way to help my family in a financial needs like my parents, brothers & sister, and most specialy to my own family, my wife and my kids. no.3 complete the benifits i recieve because i know in this company is give the all benifits of her workers.
    The challengesIf i move and work in this company, the better is this is my dream, to work in this places, because according to my knowledges this company, or country is beautiful, and the worker is recieve a salary he needs according to her skill. The defferent is the salary in the location of the workplaces
