Low improvement to none at all.
The good thingsThe students is reason why you would like to join here.
The challengesA lot of challenges will come at you. You have to prepare yourself to do things beyond your working capabilities because of the lack of manpower. The patience and understanding shouldn’t be tested in here because everyone is expected to act professional at all times, but it is not always the case. Employees are not treated well and compensated well in comparison with the workload given. The communication within the higher position to the lowest is so challenging when the school community isn’t that big.

The good thingsThe students and parents
The challengesHonestly, everything here is challenging. The workload, the environment, the management, the facilities, the system, the salary and benefits, and the list goes on. The management is unprofessional. There are too many red flags that can be reported to DOLE. The compensation is also low given that it is an international school. The working environment is very stressful because there is lack in communication between the members. They also do not follow the contract. Employees will be given work that are outside their scope of duty. They lack planning, professionalism, and compassion. Very poor compensation and benefits to employees. Working here will stress you out everyday. No opportunities for career development. They invite guest speakers with questionable expertise. No proper training for teachers as well. This school should be looked into by DEPED. They are supposed to be under DEPED but they follow their own rules.
