As first job for a fresh graduate its challenging in terms of shifting schedule but times goes by you know enjoying know in terms when you are familiar on what tasks or responsibilities you are doing.
The good thingsI enjoy working with my crewmate and doing my tasks and responsibilites. In mister donut I discover some things that I did not encounter yet.
The challengesThe challenges that I've encounter in this field of work is shifting schedule for example if your crew mate na kapalitan mo ay biglaang umabsent you need to extend your duty for 8 hours again. But I surpass all of it because I love what I am doing and I love my work

my experience
The good thingsI had a good time while working in here having a friend by means of co workers and it help me boost my confident in conversation with other people especially costumer and it gives me experience on how to handle a food its safety and for costumers safety. I learn also how to multitask and on how to offer drinks so i get a high sales.
The challengesIt really challenge me when theres a incident that your partner or reliever cant work.. You have to straight 18 hours or more to finish your work. Sometimes i encounter that 3 continous days i duty straight. I really looked zombie that times ..but its ok with me when it was an emergency.
