    Low Salary
The good thingsOnce they hire you, you will be easily get hired to the company that they referred you.
The challengesThe payroll system was time consuming. There are instances that you should be the one to go to their office. They do not provide Certificate of Employment upon separation. Now they don't contact you anymore since they already got they want from you. Yet low salary.

    Not Recomended.
The good thingsThe only thin that I enjoy about working here is the fact that it's just a few rides away from home. Aside from that there is nothing else I can think of.
The challengesEmployees are all underappreciated and undercompensated. The stress level is so high. One employee does a job for 3-5 people. There is no overtime pay nor night differential pay even if you go home at 2 in the morning just to finish what they want you to finish. Everything is urgent. The supervisors are all lax while their staffs are working really hard.

    Expect the unexpected
The good thingsWhat i like about this company is that they are considerate. Despite of not so accomodating supervisors i enjoyed working there because i found few of my true friends . Company employee especially the regulars are strict and conservative. They've made alot of rules that sometimes is not related to the work anymore like prohibit us to wear rubber shoes during weekend etc.Overall i learned my lesson
The challengesThe challenges that i experienced is the high volume of calls during rainy seasons. This is the time where you cannot take a break and eat on time. Sometimes it took 8 straight hours before i can eat and it only last for 30 minutes. Then they will ask you to extend your duty until they want you to stay or unless you tell them that your too tired and need to rest. Despite all of that it was fun ...
