good thing is they have wfh opportunities but other companies value their employees better than this.
The good thingsWFH opportunities, HMO, grateful for my team lead.
The challenges-incentives are too low and not consistent even if you consistently perform well and mostly above their expectations. -annual salary increase was not given even if you meet/exceed the goal rating, unlike other companies, who give higher incentives, have annual salary increase (performance-based also) and they value your hard work. -no problem with overworking sometimes but I believe employees must be valued as much as they value their work.

The good thingsManagements is quite good in terms of judging the employees and the higher ups.
The challengesEvery aspects of the company are challenging for it's co-workers, benefits, managements , seniors , facilities and the way you met the organizational chart of the company or simply could describe that they're in the right process.

The challengesThe Bosses on the “Higher” Management specially those Managers who does not give enough consideration to the employees. They commit on a specific volume even though that they don’t have enough Man-Power and all the resources are already exhausted. Forced Weekend.

The Best Training Ground in all Medical Coding Company
The good thingsI have been to UHG, Shear and Suther- And I must say- the training and education is very very complex and more helpful in Medical Coding compared to other companies. Most of the Leads are Helpful as well. It’s fun working because of the People you work with. Free meal (but I hope this can be improved as well). Miramed is a STABLE company- though the PH branch has only been running for 5 years.
The challengesBeen working here for 2 Years now and below are my HONEST observation (and from other people as well) and I believe the below points can be improved. - Salary- they need to be more competitive in providing employee needs (Benefits and Etc) as the company is always left behind when it comes to employee appraisal. - Management - Facilities My Take Away : There is no perfect company to a Mediocre Employee

Fresh graduates are welcome here. Great as battle ground for your career.
The good thingsCompany is good for Medical related positions since it is a medical coding company. Overall, management is great.
The challengesThe company is recently for about 5 years old. Management should maintain it credibility and think a lot other new strategies to stay in line.

A good and average work experience
The good thingsI enjoyed the family-oriented work environment and the friendly staff. I have been working here for almost 2 years and I am hoping for increasing employee appreciation because this is usually the reason why employees choose to stay.
The challengesMaybe they would like to improve on retaining employees who have been working with them for longee periods of time than any other employees. Also, I think they could improve more on the employee incentive.
