The challenges-incentives are too low and not consistent even if you consistently perform well and mostly above their expectations.
-annual salary increase was not given even if you meet/exceed the goal rating, unlike other companies, who give higher incentives, have annual salary increase (performance-based also) and they value your hard work.
-no problem with overworking sometimes but I believe employees must be valued as much as they value their work.
