    The good thingsThe management is really great! Despite the workload, the bosses are still approachable and easy to talk to.
    The challengesLack of manpower from the department, that's why the workload is heavily compressed to one employee.

    Easy level to start for retail experience, however Area Manager in NCR are not the leader you wish to have.
    The good thingsEasy level for those want experience in retail. Process and Procedures are not easy at the start but when you do it everyday it will be okay. increasong Sales, designing and displaying of store are good and enjoying.
    The challengesRegularization has no criteria. Once they dont like you, every thing will be disregarded. Not kind of a good management as you think.

    The good thingsYou'll learn how to work faster and how to work under pressure. Colleagues are like family.
    The challengesSince this is a retail company expect weekly deadline and bulk work.

    The good thingsI enjoyed entertaining customers, i did multi tasking which is to do cashiering i was also be able to do the displays that i enjoyed much.

    Compan6 does not have standards. Only the standards of the seniors will perform. It is a retail affiliate of SM. From top management down to operation managers are always into power tripping.
