    The challengesOne area of concern for me is the presence of some internal politics, along with a culture that sometimes encourages overworking. Additionally, a micromanagement style in some areas can hinder autonomy and growth.

    The company is good to work with all necessary resources was given, training required was done, if rated its 9/10. The common problem is the low salary for individuals, not align with the experiences and job functions.
    The good things- More trainings was conducted to be able to grow the employees basic know-how. - Paid unused leaves. - Having opportunity to travel with official business trip to Mitsumi Cebu, Minebea Batangas, and Main Office at Japan. - Can visit to other company with having suppliers audit. - Create work life balance due to Compressed Work Schedule. ( Monday-Friday) no work on weekend.
    The challengesWhen I was assigned to Scrap Management, I was not able to adapt the working environment because its assigned more outdoor task. I was suffer heat stress, and also manpower to deal or interfacing was not so healthy its can be suffering mental stress to them.

    The challengesThe japanese managers sometimes I hardly understand their english pronounciation but they say you will get used to it and able to understand them the longer you stay.
