    Great!
    The good thingsA very employee-oriented company who only wants the best for it's people.The environment is very peaceful and it offer's great benefits not only to it's employee's but also for their families as well.Great company!
    The challengesImprove oneness of it's people- from lover level up, the mid-management & the top management so that company processes can be carried out well and that everybody will function with confidence and that everything they have worked out for will benefit everybody.

    The good thingsCo-workers were all nice. Salary increases every year though it tarries sometimes but worth the wait.
    The challengesMost systems were manual. We are still using black-screen/ms-dos in our databases. No digital counter & timer in every machine.
