    Working at MIMS is fun.
    The good thingsGood working environment with great colleagues. Work-life balance. Average salary that corresponds to job role. Low stress level. Good for fresh graduates, people who are settling down and for people who have freelance jobs.
    The challengesAs an artist, your creative skills will be less utilized because the company follows more on technical side of graphic design. But the company can still provide a room for artists to grow specially for those who needs extra time for freelance jobs as it has good work time balance.

    The good thingsGreat work/life balance, opportunities for growth. Lots of training to hone one's skills. Adapted a new approach to evaluating an employee based on skills.
