    Work experience to a start up company is very challenging. You need to be recommended and be expat to get the position you want.
    The good thingsAt the start, the good thing is, people are friendly and helpful. Well, nothing really last forever especially when politics exist.
    The challengesYou work hard. You exerted the most. Hired with a position ended as a staff. Train new.employees with higher position. So weird, they hire new where you work and know better.
