win - loseThe good thingsI enjoyed working a lot in MBSI especially my with my officemates. We treat ourselves as siblings but of course, with respect to each other. Fun-filled working experience and at the same time, we are growing and learning such things that makes us wiser in the near future. That's all.
The challenges-The management on behalf of the HR Department failed to address what really the problem is all about with respect to our mandatory and health benefits. Yes, of course we’ve done our part on seeking such information to our HR Department and we tried to communicate all of our concerns to them. We think, the higher management should take some alternative courses of actions in order to resolve such problems and we think it is better for us to be informed as well. As an employee who performs our duties inside the premises of our respective clients, sometimes we do not have an access or information what is really happening or what are the announcements here in our main office as well.
-No Bonus or Incentives to the employees based on the performance evaluation.
-No Promotion nor Salary Increase. (So Sad)
-No Recognition of employees at the end of the year based on the performance evaluation conducted.
-Higher rate of turnover of employees.
-The response also in our request is so slow. Very slow. It takes a month or two or sometimes, no response at all. We are very disappointed.
-We are also hoping for further involvement and to know more of our colleagues from different Service Lines. We want to establish a strong rapport and friendly relationships to our colleagues here at MBSI.
-Continuous learning and skill enhancement in form of seminars, forums and alike. The newly hired employees are sometimes privileged of attending the office-based seminar and sometimes, they (new hires) failed to attend the said event because of the conflicting schedules of our clients. I hope that there will be a seminars pertaining to Personality Development, Leadership Skills and Updates on Taxation and Accounting for our lifelong learning as well.
