    No work-life balance for project base employees (construction and maintenance)
    The good thingsComplete benefits and overtime pay based on the minimum requirement of DOLE for project base employees
    The challengesConstruction and maintenance employees work 7 am to 10 pm on a regular day plus RDOT and additional overtime beyond 10 pm when a project is in a rush. But all overtime is paid right
