compensation offered is too low compared to the workload, responsibilities, and experience required
The good thingsThe good thing mon - friday working days
The challengesExperienced employees are being compensated almost the same as fresh graduates, which can feel undervalued considering the years of technical expertise and field experience involved. Management and salary structure should better reflect employee skills, contributions, and industry standards.

YOOOO DON'T WORK HERE BRO YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
The good thingsMon-Fri schedule only. Sat is not required but you need to, if necessary.
The challengesNo regularization. Do NOT attempt to work here, especially if you're a licensed engineer. You'll waste your skills here. Poor management. Poor benefits. Immediate heads ARE NOT EVEN ENGINEERS but they lead Managers who ARE engineers, thus they're incompetent.

The good thingsWork Sched is Mon-Fri only.
The challengesHiring process is bad. They will tell you the result will be out in a week, but you will wait forever for their feedback. No work-life balance. Senior employees are insecure.

Hard working, loyal and honest. Humble enough to start at the bottom and work my way up
The good thingsI love a lot of features, including the opportunity to [add positive examples, such as the chance to collaborate, innovate, meet targets, help others, or challenge yourself
The challengesWell, the majority of my working life was involved with helping people with barriers to employment acquire employable skills and find employment. I enjoyed being able to help. It made me proud of my job.

I highly DON'T recommend here especially licensed engineers.
The good thingsThis is good sideline job especially on their design engineer position. Good for temporary job
The challengesHR is horrible in here. Promoting "malasakit" culture only for the sake of company and "magkakasakit" culture to their employees. License engineer or not there is no advantage in terms of benefits and salary. 15k all the way.

The challenges- They preach to do 'malasakit', yet no regularization was givent to project hire employees. - No annual salary increase - It takes approximately 6 months before they release the backpay of past employees. - Lacks manpower - Low salary compared to market rate
