Also, I have a good Mon-Fri work schedule that allows me to have more weekend time for my family and other activities. We also have shuttle services from designated point of destinations. We have monthly rice provisions. Aside from these, we are HMO covered.
The challengesOne thing I really want is to have a defined goal that I can meet in order to move up in the management ladder. Also, there was only minimal trainings for the employees, which for me is very important in order for me to grow in my career and be timely equipped on how to handle various challenges of my job and be rightly informed on the updates related to my responsibilities.
