Hotel Clinic experienceThe good thingsIt was great being in a hotel clinic setting most of my patients were foreigners and I learned how to increase my knowledge and skills in customer service and giving quality service and standards so that people or customers will have a great time enjoying their hotel experience and will continue to come back for the service and overall experience.
The challengesSometimes if a korean, chinese or mongolian or other foreign customers come to the clinic most of the time they speak very little english sometimes they only know \"yes and no\" That makes it very hard to assess the problem or illness, but with having patience, care and focus on giving quality service we always figure it out by using resources like google translate or pointing at anatomical figure.
