    The good thingsMicrosoft makes sure that you grow by giving opportunities to increase your skill set with online training and education. It's a technology company so they make sure there are ways for you to be updated with both software and hardware to use aside from just the product knowledge.
    The challengesThe company is a bit centralized with most the opportunities, perks, and privileges are sadly limited to the head office, So if you're working outside the head office then you hardly get anything but your basic salary.
