    Execrable and Low Salary
    The good thingsOpportunities for career development
    The challengesManagement - Even if the project is easy and straightforward, there is no trust in the coworker. No Work/life balance - Even on weekends, there is always a hurry when it comes to clients. Working environment - You will be forced to do things that are not even part of your job description. Benefits and perks - Since Ong joined the company the benefits have been limited and there has been little continuity.

    The good thingsThe company as whole is good, I would say it's the people who manage it within our department who makes it stressful and draining.
    The challenges- Inconsistency, Power tripping - Long Work Hours - Low Salary - Micromanagement by some managers/team lead/supervisor - No work life balance - Poor management - Lack of equipment
