PTC-CTP whic is the office in MBP, Alabang has a very relax environment. Office is really clean and homey. Most of the security personnels are well-mannered and professional. You have your own office space and does not need to share.
The challengesWhat's missing is the culture of team work and respect. Gossip mongering and office politics are very rampant. People will isolate you when you speak out your mind about improvement, innovation, and culture. People are very comfortable of status quo that they polarized against changes and betterment. And best practices are just focused on process improvement and does not include relationship and values. Human resources are not taken care off since they can always hire from the pool of applicants.
