    Microchip Technology, Inc. is generous to its employees, especially when it is thriving, but also strict if it is declining. There is work-life balance (sometimes). However, micromanaging and favoritism are very common. Office politics are so rampant and hierarchy matters. If your supervisor doesn't like you, even if you're doing your best, you and your blossoming career are doomed. Lol.

    Good Compensation before the acquisition
    The good thingsOpportunities are great, was given ample amount of training. Good benefits and compensation from 2012-2016. But eventually, they stopped annual increase.
    The challengesQuarterly perforrmance bonus were not given and there was no explanation about it. The motivation to do work was gone. The people. Since all are intelligent, there is no room for error. It goes on an everyday debate. Meetings are too long and makes you unproductive. Gossip is everywhere especially within your own department. do not trust anyone. I repeat, do not trust anyone. Just make your work good. Upon the acquisition of Microchip, some of the benefits are gone. You have lots of bosses, there is no way for you to be promoted. You can find Jollibee extension on this company, because I knew people who are bida-bida.

    The good thingsthey good in communication, they provide what employee wants.. salary, regularization and other benefits. Microsemi also are one of the company that i want to spend the rest of life but then i need to grow up to capable exploring myself and i can do others can do as well..
    The challengesrecognized by the boss and other boss instead , multitasking work from 1 station to another station. they satisfy employee by giving a impraise and additional salary.
