    The challengesThe management is a big joke... such a very disappointing high ranking officers.. that prevent they care for you and your career but just the opposite. i very happy I got out..

    Its fun working at Microcadd
    The good thingsWhile working, you also learn a lot. from the different clients you meet everyday, you will not get bored.. The salary is always on time, you have day shift schedules, and 2 days off.. You still got time for your family.
    The challengesNothing because I enjoyed working with Microcadd especially with my co-staffs. They teach me things that will enhance my skills.
