    The good things In my current job, I can confidently say that the company is among the best for employees. They respect the rights of each individual, provide opportunities for hard-working employees to be promoted, and offer salaries in line with labor laws.
    The challengesDuring my time as a branch manager, I faced many challenges as I was responsible for all aspects of the branch, including overseeing my co-employees. My duties involved managing customer service and finding ways to improve branch receivables, among other responsibilities. After transferring to the audit department, I became a member of a team focused on fraud detection. This role was also challenging due to the pressure to identify fraudulent activities, as our team specialized in fraud detection.
