It is good for newly engineering graduates.
The good things-Chance to be dispatched overseas. -Benefits are good.
The challenges-Tight schedule. -Insufficient manpower for specific projects. -No career growth. -Repetitive tasks. -You will be specialized in one task so it will be very hard if you plan to transfer to other company.

They are open in accepting fresh graduates, and that has little to no experience
The good thingsThey have opportunities to be assigned at different projects abroad. And the benefits and bonuses are okay.
The challengesIt is hard to have growth and career development, as different kind of jobs were assigned to me. And they don't have much expectations on the employees as they mostly hire fresh graduates.

    Lot of good job opportunities.
The good thingsVariation of different engineering specialization to work with. Average to good compensation, especially the bonus.
The challengesAlthough there are a lot of good job opportunities for rank and file employee. Immediate management is the one that prevent that opportunities.

    Work-Life balance is limited
The good thingsLocation and you will be able to experience to travel for work. They provide trainings for newly hire (selected departments only.) They conduct get together party (eg. christmas party, summer party, quarterly party).
The challengesSalary is quite low. Evaluation is not transparent, it is not based in your performance but depends on your number of stay in the company. High politics. Lack of integrity, Incompetent and unprofessional colleagues. The management has no empathy and compassion towards their employees. High OT rate because during office hours, you can see some employees doing personal work , using phones, chit chatting and pretending doing something. Some of the vital divisions (admin, system engineer, IT, etc )here have very slow respond to their employee needs. And it feels like they don't know their job duties.

Good environment and co-workers but Repetitive work scope, Various opportunities to learn but not all are given the opportunity
The good thingsSalary, Environment, Opportunities, Co-workers, Trainings
The challenges-Limited work scope so far, causing similar work types though different projects to be done in a long period of time. (sometimes same work scope extending up to a year) -Unequal opportunities for dispatch. (Took some time for some members while other members are always on dispatch)
