They treat you as familyThe good thingsThe people working here genuinely love God and are passionate in serving Him. Teachers, staff, and other stakeholders support, care, and pray for each other even on a personal level. The teaching load and classroom size are kept at a reasonable level, which is easier to bear than what's happening in other schools. The leaders are very progressive, so the school is always improving. There are a lot of extra benefits as well.
The challengesThe commute to BGC is really difficult. Some parents are critical of teachers (but some parents are really nice). It's hard to have work-life balance, but that's typical in the teaching profession.
