    They treat you as family
    The good thingsThe people working here genuinely love God and are passionate in serving Him. Teachers, staff, and other stakeholders support, care, and pray for each other even on a personal level. The teaching load and classroom size are kept at a reasonable level, which is easier to bear than what's happening in other schools. The leaders are very progressive, so the school is always improving. There are a lot of extra benefits as well.
    The challengesThe commute to BGC is really difficult. Some parents are critical of teachers (but some parents are really nice). It's hard to have work-life balance, but that's typical in the teaching profession.

    BEST SCHOOL EVER
    The good thingsThey know how to listen. They give proper compensation equal to our efforts. Their heart for the students is excellent. They care for the teachers' growth. They know how to give back to Lord.

    The good thingsThe school not only focus on training your skills but also feed you spiritual. The people you work with will become your second family bec. they are supportive not only in prayers but also in helping you esp. when you are facing a difficult situation.
    The challengesIt is very difficult or challenging when the school has open house and the parents are allowed to come and observe the class because not all the parents are educator or the evaluation for the teachers are biased.
