    The good thingsThe initial salary is satisfying specially for fresh graduates. It is also a good stepping-stone for those who are interested to learn about telecommunications and how it is being applied in the real world.
    The challengesIt is project-based. No regularization. No increase in salary. The management needs to be open in hearing the people's needs. The HR department should be more thorough in assigning the people in to the respective positions suited to their knowledge, skill and experience.
