Kind people to work with but organization is disorganized and lacking in directionThe good thingsC-level management are accessible and kind, the HR department strives for a family culture
The challengesThere is no arrangement in all the work flow, management expects you to propose and fix all the lapses and flaws in the system on top of the many tasks on your plate. It is also common to be hired for one thing but in practice, you will regularly be given tasks outside of your scope. I recommend not applying if you're used to bigger companies with firmer direction and proper set-up because this company is the opposite.
