    Kind people to work with but organization is disorganized and lacking in direction
    The good thingsC-level management are accessible and kind, the HR department strives for a family culture
    The challengesThere is no arrangement in all the work flow, management expects you to propose and fix all the lapses and flaws in the system on top of the many tasks on your plate. It is also common to be hired for one thing but in practice, you will regularly be given tasks outside of your scope. I recommend not applying if you're used to bigger companies with firmer direction and proper set-up because this company is the opposite.

    A lot of rush work and changing directions in my stay
    The good thingsThere are social activities to bond the employees with the management.
    The challengesA lot of rush work because direction is either changing or lacking and there are no structures put in place. People also justified shortcomings by saying it's a 'start-up' company but there are no efforts to adapt or to put structure.

    The good thingsC-Level employees are friendly and accessible, makes the culture feel inclusive despite a corporate set-up
    The challengesJob roles expand and change depending on the needs of the company, most of the time undiscussed with employees. Also lacks strength in business preparedness in certain industries so there are a lot of urgent work to keep up.

    The good thingsA happy workplace, where you can grow and learn a lot. There is a synergy and the bosses are very friendly and approachable. It's not just a company, it is also a family.
    The challengesWorkloads but it's manageable because everyone is working as a team. Hand in hand.
